Neil Kumar
I’m an incoming sophomore at Bellevue High School, the founder and CEO of FindIt AI, a researcher at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, an athlete, and an artist. I'm passionate about finding innovative solutions to problems which must be solved for people.
I’ve always been drawn to different worlds — biotech, aerospace, civic technology, consumer products, music, and sports — because each one teaches me a different way to think. I’m especially interested in the places where meaningful problems meet software, AI, and design.
Right now, I’m building FindIt AI, an AI-powered lost-and-found platform for schools, colleges, and institutions. I’m also working on rizzbattle.live, a viral social product, and Anchor, a productivity tool for ambitious students and builders. My first real venture was TopDesk PCs, which I started in 6th grade. I built and sold 50+ custom PCs and taught computer workshops for students from 5th to 12th grade.
Outside of startups, I do computational research at Fred Hutch, make music, swim for Bellevue High Varsity Swive, and train in taekwondo (currently working toward my 3rd degree black belt). I’m usually somewhere between a product idea, a research problem, an outreach message, a workout, or a random thing I want to ship.
I’m always open to thoughtful conversations. Feel free to reach me at neilkumar.dev@gmail.com.
